Michael Wiebach is a Mexican-German visual artist best known for painting, installation art, and short films. Wiebach uses representational objects like old toys, industrial junk, and obsolete gadgets as inspiration for oil painting and elaborate art installations. Through his work, Michael Wiebach practices a certain form of modern archeology, through which modern technology is seen from the margin of its own waste.
